What is Goodness Nutrition?
Goodness Nutrition is a personalised health platform that uses DNA and biomarker insights to provide tailored nutrition guidance, supplement recommendations, and meal planning.
How do I contact support?

Do I need an account to use the app?
Yes. You will need to create an account to access personalised nutrition plans and track your results.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Go to the login screen and select “Forgot Password.” You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
How do I update the app?
Updates are available through the App Store. We recommend enabling automatic updates to ensure you always have the latest version.
What devices are supported?
Goodness Nutrition supports iPhone and iPad devices running iOS 16.0 or later. Older versions may not have full functionality.
How is my data protected?
We take privacy seriously. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We comply with Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and relevant international standards.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. You can request account deletion directly through the app under Settings > Privacy or by emailing help@goodnessnutrition.com. Once deleted, your data cannot be restored.
